"Practical magic"

Once upon a time there were two sisters, so similar yet so different. One was a romantic, dreamer girl who could not believe her own will, and the other was a gorgeous, smart girl, who deep down wished she were just like her sister, so talented and powerful.
One day the sisters found out they were cursed. They could never love a man, or else he might die. The romantic sister cried her eyes out, because she thought love would come for her, and she would be happier than her mother. The other one chose to live her life, discover a different path for her in the world. The first one, however, sat down and made an impossible man wishlist. That way she could never love and so no one would die.
The girls’ tutors, however, took pity on that lovely girl and conjured her dream lover. She was delighted to find out she really could love. They had kids, and she took all the precautions so that her love could live to love her for a long time. But suddenly, she saw a sign. She watched him die. That day on, she stopped believing in true love. Or at least she thought she did.

Meanwhile, the smart sister keeps fooling around. Until she accidentaly kills one of her boyfriends, who used to treat her bad. She involves her nice sister into it, and they have to hide the body.
They have a lot of trouble with that. Even a detective is sent to investigate the man’s disappearance, but he falls for the nice sister, who is now against love (and its consequences). Things are getting really strange, when the detective has a sense the sisters are not innocent. He leaves the town to think about that.
The romantic sister suffers when the detective goes away, but decides it was for good. Then she realises he has all the items of her wishlist, and he was not cursed! She got so happy but did not know if there would be a chance for them...how her past would influence her future...one day she got a letter from the police, saying that the sisters are not involved with any crime. The smart sister encourages the nice sister to live her love...and so she does.
